Hello bro.

Arrived at my brother John’s house in Hoover, Alabama,.. a suburb of Birmingham... for a 5 day visit. He is 10 years older than me and we are each others last living relative, other than our respective children and, in his case, grand and great grand children. A career in the army and then civilian life in Alabama for over 30 years meant that we haven’t seen each other all that much over the 48 years or so that it’s been since he moved away from our parent’s home when I was only 12. So, we are trying to see a lot more of each other and do some of that “male bonding” stuff.
